1. Shipping Policy
a. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
b. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer Standard Shipping through trusted carriers such as IPO, DTDC, Fedex, Delhivery etc.

We provide free shipping within India for order value of more than Rs. 500/-. A charge of Rs. 60/- is applicable for orders less then Rs. 500/-.

For International Shipments, Standard Procedure of the delivering countries are followed.
c. Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery within 14 business days after order processing.

International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance. International orders may incur additional customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.
d. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Lost Shipments: If your order does not arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to try to locate your package. Please note we are not responsible for lost packages during shipment as these are third party carriers.

Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of receipt with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
2. Refund and Return Policy
a. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 3 days from the date of delivery, provided the items meet the following conditions:

Natural & Perishable Items: Must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging for hygiene and safety reasons. Perishable items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Ethnic Wear: Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Items marked as “Sale” or purchased during a clearance event are non-returnable.
b. Return Process

Contact us at servingpurpose4divinegrace@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery to request a return and provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting details (e.g., photos for defective items).

We will provide a return authorization and instructions, including the return shipping address.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect for which a refund will be issued at our discretion.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
c. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.

Refunds include the item’s purchase price, excluding original shipping costs.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or fees are non-refundable.
d. Non-Returnable Items

Perishable food items (unless damaged or defective upon receipt).

Items marked as “Sale.”

Customized or personalized items.

Items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
e. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for ethnic wear (subject to availability) within 3 days of delivery. Contact us at servingpurpose4divinegrace@gmail.com to arrange an exchange. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.
f. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and details. We will provide a prepaid return label (if applicable) and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
3. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us at servingpurpose4divinegrace@gmail.com. If the order has already been shipped, it is subject to our standard return process.

A full refund will be issued for canceled orders that have not yet been shipped.
